Taking a quick break does pay…

Today the average person works in a very stressful climate. Efficiency is rated according to how fast one completes the task at hand. Almost every job advert points to this. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE. This kind of endurance comes with more tear, jerk and break to ourselves and our systems.

It does pay to take a quick break, however. If you are working in a place with stairs, just walk briskly for two minutes from your work area to any other end, and back. Or simply close your eyes, swing your arms for a minute or so, and then resume your work.

It might seem a needless waste of precious time, but you’ll be doing yourself a lot of good.

This is not a yoga tip. Yoga is a more advanced and highly focussed form of relaxation.

Try this, it works.
